Abstract

In view of current existing problems in domestic construction enterprises,management method is undeserved,management level is low and others,this paper introduced the concept of construction project cost management.From the organizational measures,technical measures,economic measures three aspects,discussed the project cost control measures and key points,and cost control methods during construction were specified in order to make the construction project to achieve cost-effectiveness.
