The farmhouses management in the background of the beautiful countryside construction: significance, problems and strategies

The beautiful countryside construction is the big historical task for building the socialist new rural countryside in China. At present, the rural economy on the east coast has developed well, but the management of housing for the farmers has lagged behind; consequently, the further development of rural areas has been delayed. This article explains the importance of managing rural housing development for the optimization of the rural environment and promotion of the rational utilization of land to further advance rural economic development. It also discusses existing problems in rural housing management, and puts forward countermeasures for strengthening management practices based on the successful experience of a typical demonstration county.
