Abstract
The key requirements to the sports industrialization in China's West Development are the optimization of sports resources,the set_up and functioning of sports market and the implementation of sports market management And the contradictions in sports itself,between the old and new economy systems and between the transformation of economy model and the transformation of profit distribution model must be resolved So the political and economic conditions are primary to sports market development
