Abstract
Al-based coating is prepared by arc spraying using Al-based cored wire.High-temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of Al-based coating are compared with that of Fe-Al coating and 45CT coating.Also H_2S corrosion resistance of Al-based coating is compared with that of Fe-Al coating and A304 stainless steel.The results shows that Al-based coating has excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance under 650 ℃.In the case of saline corrosion and H_2S corrosion,only the surfaces of Al-based coating are eroded and the corrosion surface is very thin.The inside of the coatings is not eroded at all.Thus Al-based coating has excellent corrosion resistance.
