Clinical study on detection of adverse drug reactions

Department of pharmacy in clinical pharmacy,clinical research,drug quality monitoring department, comprehensive prescription dispensing and drug procurement as a whole. It is not only the important source of economy of the hospital,but also improve the medical quality assurance. Therefore,has the important meaning to improve the detection of adverse drug reactions. This study mainly from the harm of adverse drug reactions to humans,the main content of adverse drug reaction monitoring,drug adverse reactionmonitoring main range are discussed,in order to prevent or reduce the occurrence of adverse drug events.
