Abstract
This paper analyzes the relevant factors causing adverse drug reactions and the recommended practices,and stresses the importance of strengthening the monitoring of adverse drug reactions in order to raise the medical staffs' level of rational drug use,thereby reducing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
