Abstract
The solvent conditions were restudied by the experiments of microwave pretreatment. From the single factor extraction test, the relvent conditions were found effective for extraction of soybean germ protein and soybean oligosaccharides from soybean germ.Furthermore,by the orthogonal test, the optimum extracting conditions were confirmed:gasification solvent pH 9,gasification solvent dosage 10 mL,microwave time 4 min, microwave power 540 W,extracting time 50 min, extracting temperature 35℃,extracting solvent pH8.Under this condition, the extraction ratio of soybean germ protein is 34.57%,soybean oligosaccharides is 41.98%.
