Abstract
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment for adrenal tumors.Methods Clinical data of 258 cases of adrenal tumors were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 258 cases of adrenal tumors,79 cases(30.6%) were Cushing syndrome,69 cases(26.7%,69/258) were primary aldosteronism,and 71 cases(27.5%,71/258) were pheochromocytoma;62 cases(24.0%,62/258) of incidentaloma(included 12 cases functional tumors),and there were 27 cases(12.2%,27/222) of adrenal malignant tumor.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of adrenal tumors are complex,whereas hormone level examination and ultrasonography and CT scanning are helpful for the diagnosis of the suspected cases.Prevalence of incidentaloma in China is not low and the disease should attract more attention to avoid misdiagnosis.
