Abstract
Objective To study the characteristics of blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS).Method 178 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were divided into three group and blood glucose was measured by CGMS for 3 days.Results(1)24h mean blood glucose had a correlation with HbA_1c(P0.05),but the mean amplitude of glucose excursion (MAGE) is independent of HbA_1c.(2)When the HbA_1c≤7.5%,postprandial glucose had a correlation with MAGE(P0.05).The preprandial glucose had better correlation when HbA_1c7.5%(P0.05). Conclusions(1)The mean daily glycemia highly correlates with HbA_1c.(2)Combined application of HbA_1c and CGMS is beneficial to glucose management.
