Abstract

The advantage of ArcGIS Engine in 3D exploitation and appliance is shown,and it is used to design SanXi QinSui 3D GIS soft,which provides a modern management and decision-making tool for government.The result shows that,ArcGIS Engine is good at 3D visualization and analysis of vast data,and makes great progress in both application and technology.
