Nursing research of the preoperative visit impact on surgical patients vital signs

Objective Investigate the preoperative visiting impact on vital signs of patients. Methods Separate 150 patients into experimental group and matched group in randomly and averagely,75 patients each group. The preoperative visiting mainly introduce detailed content about the operation. Observe the changes of the surgical patient's vital signs of the two groups. Results Compared with the matched group,there were significant differences in the vital preoperative signs of the experimental group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Preoperative visits can reduce the stress response,anxiety,fear and the fluctuations of vital signs. It's positive for the operating and anesthesia process.
