Research on Operating Mechanisms of New Rural Culture Construction——An example of New Rural in the Southern Part of Jiangsu Province

Construction of new socialist countryside not only needs to develop economy,but also needs to develop culture.Compared to its prosperous economy,the construction of new rural culture in the Southern Part of Jiangsu Province lags behind it.The root cause of this phenomenon contributes to that the operating mechanisms are not effectively solved.From the perspective of the public service,we should try to strengthen the exploration of system norms mechanism of the rural public cultural,capital investment mechanism of the rural public cultural service,personnel training and team construction mechanism of the rural public culture and supervision mechanism of the rural public cultural service and so on to establishing a set of operating mechanisms of rural culture which ensures the level of rural culture construction effectively promoted.
