Abstract
Traditional Chinese Drama costume represents beautification of ancient fashion and re - creation of arts. Focusing on Ming Dynasty costumes, it integrates fashion styles from Tang Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. By analyzing opera costumes in Ming Dynasty, it is noticeable that Ming Dynasty has made great progress in stage arts on the basis of their predecessors, opening up a line of thought for the future generations in their research on stage arts.
