Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical signification of coagulation abnormality in patients with cor pulmonale. Methods The ⅧR∶Ag, Ⅷ∶C, AT Ⅲ∶Ag, AT Ⅲ∶A, Fbg and D Dimer of plasma in 40 patients with cor pulmonale during acute attack were detected before and after treatment. Results The levels of ⅧR∶Ag, Ⅷ∶C, Fbg and D Dimer in plasma of the patients were significant higher, and AT Ⅲ∶Ag, AT Ⅲ∶A were significant lower than that in normal subjects during acute attack(P0.01). All these index had regain after treatment, but also abnormal contrast with normal subjects(P0.05). Conclusion The activity of blood coagulation increased, and the function of anticoagulation decreased in patients with cor pulmonary. It is very important to treat the patients with cor pulmonale during acute attack by anticoagulation.
