Abstract

With the quick development of computer network,computer viruses are increasingly rampant,which makes it impossible for users to defend their computers effectively.The ARP virus attack is very common recently.This paper mainly discusses the original design principle of ARP protocol.And the cheat may appear in the process of using ARP.The ARP may attack network devices,which even results in the theft of information further.Combining the essential of ARP attack with network hardware,a defense strategy against the ARP attack is put forward in this paper.
