THE APPLICATIONS OF NETWORK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE BASED ON THE PRINCIPLE OF ARP ATTACK

The paper will discuss the principles of ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) and ARP attack, and the applications based the principles of ARP attack. The most important points of the paper are that it will summarize the methods of ARP Attack which make use of the security bugs of ARP found by learning the principle of ARP, explain how the network management software does realize management functions based on the principle of ARP attack and make some codes to achieve the simple functions of network management.
