Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of different concentrations cisplatin on the proliferation ability of Hela cell. Methods Cervical cancer cell line Hela was cultured in vitro and treated with 0,0. 01,0. 10,1. 00,10. 00 mg·L- 1cisplatin in the stage of logarithmic phase.After treatment of 12,24,48 h and the cell inhibition rate was measured.Results Different concentrations of cisplatin can inhibit the Hela cell proliferation. The inhibition of Hela cell proliferation in high concentration were much higher than that in low concentration group( P 0. 05).The cell proliferation rate was increased with the increasing period of time for cisplation treatment. Conclusion Cisplatin can inhibit proliferation of cervical cancer cell,and with increased concentration,the inhibition ability was increased.
