Evaluation Index System for Traffic Emergency Response Grading for Urban Emergency

In order to respond to emergency and use emergency resources effectively,according to the principle of establishment of evaluation index system for traffic emergency response grading,the preliminary evaluation index system was drawn up on the basis of characteristics analysis and expert advices.The preliminary evaluation index system includes urgent degree of traffic response and difficult degree of traffic rescue.The correlation and completeness of the indexes were analyzed by expert experience,the significance of the indexes was judged by fuzzy prioritization method,and the evaluation index system was selected.Thus,a comprehensive evaluation index system of traffic emergency response grading was established,and each index was defined,which will provide a platform for judgment of traffic emergency response grading.
