Clinical analysis of breast nodules in 260 cases

Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of breast nodules. Methods 260 cases of breast nodules were examined with both radiography with molybdenum target tube and color Doppler ultrasonography. All the patients underwent operation and the pathological types of breast nodule were detected. Results In the all breast nodules,there were breast hyperplasia associated with adenoma nodules,breast fibroadenoma,intraductal carcinoma,intraductal papilloma and hard carcinoma in 144,58,28,25 and 5 cases respectively. Conclusion A great number of breast nodules are breast benign diseases. Operative treatment is the first choice method for breast nodules.
