Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Okra capsule on Diabetic nephropathy.Method:Patients of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group(traditional therapy)and treatment group(traditional therapy+Okra capsule).Creatinine,blood uria nitrogen,triglyceride,total cholesterol,HDL,LDL,uric acid were determined in all the patients before and 6 months after the treatment.Results:Urine protein and uric acid reduced obviously in treatment group.(P0.05,compared with control group,P0.05,patients after treatment is compared with patients before treatment).Change of plasma globulin and cholesterol was not obviously.Conclusion:Okra capsule have effect on Diabetic nephropathy.
