Abstract

Constructing a socialist harmonious society advanced by our Party in the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party is the new idea of being in power that advanced by our Party in the new historical stage of constructing a comfortable-off society in full swing.This idea has great significance to maintaining the prolonged political stability and creative vigor of our society.This sort of society should be harmonious in the structrure of social management system, the relationship between the Party and masses, the relationship between social strata,etc.To construct a socialist harmonious society, our Party must sincerely practice the demand of Three Represents, carry forward the construction of democratic politics, harmonize various relations of interests,etc.
