Abstract

To compare the effect of three pollination methods to greenhouse apricot, a pollution experiment employing Bombus terrestris, Apis mellifera and manual work was conducted in an apricot greenhouse with insect-resisted net. The result showed that the period of fruit growth pollinated by bumblebees was 4 days and 5 days respectively shorter than honeybee,s and manual group,s; the yield of per plant of bumblebees group increased 11.96% and 25.77% than the two later group,s respectively, there is no significant difference between the effects of three methods on such nutrition indexes as Vitamin C, soluble sugar and acid, but the taste of fruit of bumblebee,s is better than the two later group,s; in short, the effect of bumblebee,s pollination to greenhouse apricot was better than that of honeybee,s and manual group,s.
