Clinical observation of 37 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional open surgery of hysteromyomectomy were compared.Results Patients went laparoscopic myomectomy had a record listed as follow:blood loss was(80.58 ± 30.22) mL,operative time was(71.94 ± 15.09) min,ambulation time was(17.1 ± 6.2) h,Grade A healing rate was 100.0%,hospital stay was(5.2 ± 1.4) d.All these item had statistically significant differences with that of patients went open surgery of hysteromyomectomy(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy has sound clinical efficacy.
