Abstract

Socialist Political Civilization and Socialist Material and Spiritual Civilizations are determined with three basic objects of the construction of socialist modernizations. The essence of Socialist Political Civilization is the People Democracy, and it is the unity of the CPC leading, the people's master position and the country's administration by the law.
