Abstract
Viewed from the concept of political civolisation, political civilization in well-to-do society and socialist political civilistion, this paper elaborates the main content, natute and way of complete-ment of constructing the socialist political civilization, and from three aspects expounds the significance of the socialist political civilization's putting forueard to our socialist modernization.
