Abstract
China has entered the WTO and will follow the game rules of the WTO to gradually open more domestic markets. Thus, domestic retail enterprises will have more business opportunities and will also face tremendous pressure and fierce competition. This paper discusses the corresponding strategies by studying the successful experience of large-scale retail enterprises and combining it with the status quo of the retail enterprises of China.
