Abstract

Analyzing the relationship between the enterprise' s strategy and structure, further studying the type and character of the enterprise' s structure,the article proposes choice tactics-bunch model organization based on strategic structure. And also investigates deeplybunch model organization by drawing strategy and structure chart.
