Clinical Observation of 1% Terbinafine in Treatment of 48 Patients with Dermatophytosis

Objective:To explore the effcacy of the 1% terbinafine hydzochloride cream in treatment of dermatophylosis. Methods:95 cases with dermatophytosis were devided into 2 groups. The study group (n=48) were treated with 1% terbinafine hydzochloride cream for topical use on skin lesions twice per day for 2 weeks, control group (n=47) were treated by 1% bifonazole creams for topical use daily for 2 weeks. Results:The cured rate, total effective rate fungi clearance rate were showed a litter bit higher than that in control (P0.05). Conclusion:1% terbinafine hydzochloride is a good and safe medication in treatment of dermatophytosis.
