Abstract

There were deficiencies in teachers professional abilities in current situation. To strength the cultivation of teachers professional abilities, teachers specialization should be stressed, to advocate teachers to set up new educational ideas that keeping pace with the times and promote the pre service eduation quaility, strengthening the ability of fostering and mastering the modern educational techniques.
