Abstract
In previous study of permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control(PMSM DTC),zero voltage vector was introduced into the torque regulator in PMSM DTC to reduce the torque ripple. But the problem of quantitative optimization design of zero voltage vector working zone in torque regulator is not solved. The torque variation regularity in PMSM DTC is analyzed detailedly in this paper. And the optimization zero voltage vector working zone formula which is used to design the torque regulator to reduce the torque ripple is deduced. With the optimization design formula, the problem of torque regulator design is solved. The validity of the theory analysis and the feasibility of the torque regulator design method are verified by the simulation and experiment results.
