Abstract
The reason of torque ripple in direct torque control of PMSM and the function of zero voltage vector in the control are studied.A control scheme using zero voltage vector is put forward for DTC of PMSM. Simulation study shows that the torque ripple is effectively reduced and the system performance is improved. The scheme can be used in PMSM control system.
