Abstract

Baishin is a large number of inhabitants of a border area of Han nationality concentrated to the area of Mongolian in middle and later periods of the Ming Dynasty.Throughout the development of the history,the deep cultural accumulation of the Baishin has great meaning to Chinese civilization which has mixed agriculture and nomadism together.The social effect and historical influence of the Baishin are promoting frontier boom and intergrating of nationalities.
