Abstract

This paper aims to provide the complete theoretical support for achieving full employment of new generation migrant workers by studying restrictive factors in the process of employment of new generation migrant workers.It is found that the main factors which restrict the employment of new generation migrant workers are:inadequate and uneven development of urbanization,irrational industrial structure,serious shortage of public relations of the government to migrant worker employment services,new generation migrant workers employment concept errors and lack of expertise in skills training and other aspects.
