Abstract

Inoculating microbes including fermentaion microbes and EM were used for dairy manure composting.Dynamic changes of low molecule weight organic acids and high molecule weight humic substance were discussed. Results showed that inoculating microbes on dairy manure composting could increase the content of organic acids at initial stage of composting while decrease at final stage;humic substance declime at initial stage, then be stable at final stage of composting;humic acid decline at initial stage, then increase at final stage of composting;fulvic acid decline during composting.Dynamic changes of organic acids and humification index indicated that inoculating microbes on diary manure composting could obviously increase maturity of composting, but it was concerned with incoculating microbes quantity.
