Abstract

By means of adding effective fermentation micro-organisms to dairy manure, the article analyses dynamic changes of total organic carbon and humus substances of total humic acid,free-form humic acid and water soluble humic acid. The results indicate that the total organic carbon decreases obviously, especially composting with effective fermentation micro-organisms.The contents of total humic acid,free-form humic acid and water soluble humic acid decreased obviously at the initial phase of fermentation, then increased gradually in the period of fermentation mature. The contents of humic acid of treatment with inoculating microbes were lower obviously than that of treatment without inoculating microbes at the initial phase of fermentation, but had a little difference in the period of fermentation mature period.
