Treating 38 Cases of CVA with Guizhijiahoupoxingzi Decoction

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of treating CVA with Guizhijiahoupoxingzi decoction.[Method] 70 patients meet the diagnosis of cough variant asthma patients,38 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 32 cases.Asthma control to be conventional antispasmodic,anti-inflammatory and other symptomatic and supportive treatment,the treatment group were based on the Guizhijiahoupoxingzi decoction be taken orally,1 medicinal preparation,daily 2 times sooner or later will take every day orally,two groups of even 7 days are 1 treatment course,treat 2 treatment courses,observe and record around the treatment the clinical symptom and the symptom change and the poisonous side reaction.[Results]The clinical symptoms and efficacy improved significantly compared with the control group there was significant difference(P0.05 or P 0.01).[Conclusion]Guizhijiahoupoxingzi decoction of cough variant asthma clinical symptoms,improve lung function and reducing airway hyperresponsiveness is effective and worthy of clinical application.
