Abstract
There has been a universal mistake of prose-like and oral language-like poem creation in 1990s. Therefore, linguistic construction is of urgency in poem creation. It is a must to normalize the language and attach importance to the requirement of poems so as to direct the healthy development of new poems with “bright language, techniques of symbolism and the connotation of China.
