Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of tiopronin combined with vitamin E in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver in clinic. Methods selected in our hospital from 2013 June to 2014 June were treated patients with alcoholic fatty liver in 100 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each. The control group was given tiopronin intravenous drip, 0.2 g/ times, 1 times /d; observation group in the control group was given based on vitamin E100mg/, 2 times /d. Observe and analyze the curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment, adverse drug reactions and patient satisfaction. Results In the observation of patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P0.05); to observe the adverse reactions of patients was significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of tiopronin combined with vitamin E in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver significantly, can reduce the adverse reactions of patients, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of extensive application and popularization in clinical.
