Abstract

As the most authoritative learning in ancient China,Study of Confucian Classics has an important and far-reaching influence on the forming and development of ancient literary theory.The influence embodies in both sides,active promotion and negative restriction.The influence of Study of Confucian Classics on the ancient literary theory has been realized by the influence on the ancient literary theoreticians.It is an important task of the ancient literary theory research in the new century to study the relation between the Study of Confucian Classics and the ancient literary theory.
