Abstract
The changes of physiological and storage quality of fuji apples at cold storage(0 ℃) and ice-temperature storage(-1 ℃,-1.4 ℃) conditions were investigated in the paper. The results showed that, compared with cold storage(0 ℃),ice-temperature treatments significantly decreased respiration intensity and ethylene release rate, maintained the membrane integrity well and delayed fruit ripening and senescence process. After ice-temperature storaged for 8 month, the fruits kept good texture flavor and quality.Within ice-temperature,in the case of low temperature has better storage effect.
