Abstract

As a new kind organization, Enterprise Dynamic Alliance has a lot of advantages. Meanwhile, many new risk management problems do exist, such as establishment risk, operation risk, disintegration risk and so on. In view of the network organizational character of Enterprise Dynamic Alliance, design system, model, general structure and working process based on B/S structure are put forward for Enterprise Dynamic Alliance risk preventing system. By means of them, this paper supplies the sustain system for Enterprise Dynamic Alliance and offers the reference for net software, and develops Enterprise Dynamic Alliance risk preventing system.
