Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of IL-2 in premature rupture of the fetalmembranes(PROM).Methods:Using ELISA to test the quantity of IL-2 in pregnant serum in the specimens of 20 PROM and 20 normal pregnant. Results:The level of IL-2 of maternal blood with PROM were significantly higher than those in normal pregnant(P0.001).Conclusions:IL-2 level of maternal sera with PROM are increased.
