Status of Community Medicine and Development Thinking

Since the reform and opening of our country,China has made great progress on medical and healthy services.The capacity disease prevention and control have significantly increased,but some problems,such as difficulty and high cost of getting medical service and its harmful social consequences,are still embodied in the process of healthy care reform.If the problem is not resolved promptly and properly,they will not be conducive to social stability,economic development and harmonious society.In this paper,the survey data from the current health status of Zhongxiang City community shows that the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service is still existed in residents,and most residents lack of understanding of the current health care reform policies.The current reform policies focus on making that a basic medical security system and a basic drug system,perfecting a system of primary health care and health services,promoting equality of basic public health of services,and promoting reform of public hospitals.China should vigorously promote the new health reform policy,seize the opportunity,learn the successful experience of foreign countries,develop quickly the community health,and meet the growing public demand for basic health care.The medical model that the minor illness was cured in the community clinics and the serious illness was treated in hospitals should gradually be formed,and improve completely the status that getting medical service is difficult and expensive.
