Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of flurbiprofen axetil on morphine-sparing in postoperative patient-controlled analgesia. Methods Thirty ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were randomly divided into three groups, flurbiprofen axetil were administrated at different time point for different times, respectively, and the postoperative patient-controlled analgesia was given simultaneously. The analgesic effect was evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS),the dosage of analgesic drug and the side effects were recorded. Results At 24 h and 48 h postoperation, the VAS value had no significant difference in the three groups(P0.05);the total dosage of morphine, the press time of PCA and the effective times in group F1 and group F2 were significantly different from those in group M(P0.05 or P0.01);the incidence of side effects including nausea, vomiting and pruritus in group M was higher than that in group F1 and group F2,while the incidence of dizziness had no significant difference in the three groups. Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil could effectively improve the postoperative patient-controlled analgesia, decrease the dosage of morphine as well as its side effects.
