Abstract

Building a new socialist countryside and developing the rural economy can not be separated from the support of rural finance.However,from the current financial situation of the vast rural areas,rural financial institutions,financial markets and financial infrastructure are lagging behind,and rural financial services have obviously weakened,which cannot adapt to the new needs of rural development.Therefore,the establishment of a complete sound and efficient financial system in rural areas is imperative.
