Union dyeing of cotton/mercerized wool blended yarn

One bath dyeing process with ANOZOL reactive dyes for cotton fabric,one bath dyeing process with SOLOPHENYL direct dyes/ANOSET acid dyes and one bath dyeing process with ANOZOL reactive dyes/SOLOPHENYL direct dyes are applied to dye cotton/mercerized wool blended yarn individually.Union dyeing of cotton/mercerized wool blended yarn tends to be realized by adjusting the ratio of compound dye.The results show that one bath dyeing process with reactive dyes features simple operation,but lack of available dyes.One bath dyeing process with ANOZOL reactive dyes/SOLOPHENYL direct dyes features better union dyeing property,but poor color fastness owing to direct dyes.
