Union dyeing of wool/cotton blended fabric

In order to solve the problem of uniformity in wool/cotton knitted fabric dyeing,the reactive dyestuff Kayacelon React CN was selected.Adding suitable alkali agent to dye bath and adjusting pH value to 9 were adopted so as to decrease the dyeing affinity of reactive dye on wool fiber.Over dyeing by adding medium or weak acid dyes after reactive dyeing was also applied to improve the uniformity.
