Agricultural development in Hunan Province has turned into a new phase,how to breed new economic growth point for regional agriculture and how to effectively enhance agricultural producing benefits and general level of agricultural production are the key points for development of agricultural economy in whole Hunan Province.Therefore,it should have some new growth points for promoting regional economy,which including developing small-lot characteristic agricultural products to lead structure adjustment of agricultural industry,extending industrial chain for process industry of agricultural products and preproduction service,increasing added value and varieties of agricultural products and promoting vertical specialization.Hunan Province has abundant resources of small-lot characteristic agricultural products, but developing small-lot characteristic agricultural products must have emphases and selection.Therefore,it should put forward a developing thought for small-lot characteristic agricultural products in Hunan Province,and then using comprehensive grading method to select and determine candidates of small-lot characteristic agricultural products.
