Research On Mycoplasma pneumoniae Rapid Identificationg Of Culture For Early Diagonosis Of Adult Mycoplasm pneumonia

Objective Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) of throat swab culture rapid identification of community-acquired pneumonia in adults in early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Application of rapid identification of Mycoplasma pneumoniae Media on 105 patients hospitalized with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) in patients with throat swab specimens were cultured rapid identification of Mycoplasma pneumoniae.At the same time in all cases 7~14 days after onset of serum MP-IgM antibodies.Results 105 cases of hospitalized patients with CAP MP rapid identification of throat swab culture positive in 23 cases,positive rate of 21.9%.MP-IgM antibody positive in 19 cases,positive rate of 18.1%.MP-IgM antibody in 19 patients with positive cultures were positive for MP quickly.Conclusion Rapid identification of Mycoplasma pneumoniae throat swab culture can be achieved in the early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia,timely and correct treatment.
