Abstract

In order to improve quality of high-filled embankment and reduce disease of compaction,the paper analyzes the theory of impact compaction.Compared with other compaction methods,high-filled embankment has altitude differences,different filling and its construct conditions are difficult to control.The ordinary compaction methods are put forward to ensure the compaction quality.The result shows that impact compaction has obvious superiority for high-filled embankment such as high compaction depth and productivity and low cost.
